Welcome to MBI Gaming. These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member") and MBI Gaming ("we", "us", "platform"). By registering an account, making a deposit, or using any part of the MBI Gaming platform, you are deemed to have read, understood, and fully agreed to comply with all rules set out in this document.

Member Eligibility & Account Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

The MBI Gaming platform is strictly for users aged 18 and above. By registering, you confirm that you have met the required age threshold. MBI Gaming reserves the right to request age verification at any time and will suspend or terminate the account of any member found to be underage.

2.2 One Account Per Person

Each individual is only permitted to hold one MBI Gaming account. Owning more than one account — whether under your own name or using another person's details — is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any remaining balance.

2.3 Accuracy of Information

You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided during registration is accurate, complete, and up to date. mbi gaming may require identity verification documents (such as a copy of your IC or passport) before approving withdrawals or where there are concerns about the accuracy of the information provided.

• Your full name must match the details on your official Malaysian identity document.
• A valid and active Malaysian phone number is required for account verification.
• A valid, active email address is required for all important account-related communications
• Providing false information may result in account closure without notice and forfeiture of any remaining balance.

Account Security & Password

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your mbi gaming account login details, including your username and password. mbi gaming will never ask for your password through any communication channel.

All activity on your account — whether carried out by you or by any other party with or without your authorisation — is entirely your responsibility. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your permission, please contact mbi gaming immediately to request a temporary suspension.

Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

Mbi gaming accepts deposits and withdrawals via the following Malaysian payment methods only:

Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit on the account. mbi gaming reserves the right to request verification documents before approving a first-time withdrawal or any withdrawal exceeding RM5,000.

• The maximum daily withdrawal is RM50,000 for standard accounts and RM200,000 for VIP members
• Withdrawal requests may be cancelled by the member before processing at no charge.

• All account balances are held exclusively in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR)

Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Requirements

5.1 General Bonus Terms

All mbi gaming bonuses and promotions are subject to wagering requirements set individually for each promotion. Wagering requirements mean you must wager the specified amount before any winnings derived from that bonus can be withdrawn.

For example, a MYR 100 bonus with a 15x wagering requirement means you must wager MYR 1,500 before withdrawing any winnings derived from that bonus. The bonus amount itself is also subject to the same requirement unless stated otherwise.

5.2 Specific Bonus Rules

• Each member is entitled to one Welcome Bonus only — it cannot be reclaimed once used.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or converted directly into cash.
• mbi gaming reserves the right to cancel any bonus obtained through improper means or abuse.
• A 5% daily rebate is automatically credited to your account the following day
• Each bonus is valid for 7 days from the date it is credited, unless otherwise stated.
• Wagers on certain games may only count partially (50%) or not at all toward fulfilling the wagering requirement — please check the terms of each promotion

Gaming & Betting Rules

6.1 General Rules

All confirmed bets cannot be cancelled by the member. mbi gaming reserves the right to void or adjust payouts in the event of a technical error, incorrectly displayed odds, or any system issue that caused the odds not to reflect the actual market.

6.2 Football & Sports Betting

Bets on the Malaysia Super League, EPL, La Liga, Bundesliga, and other leagues will be settled based on official results announced by the relevant sports governing body. If a match is postponed and not completed within 48 hours of the scheduled kick-off time, all bets will be voided and stakes returned.

6.3 Live Casino & Slots

All Live Casino and slots games on mbi gaming use independently audited RNG (Random Number Generator) technology. The outcome of every round is random and cannot be influenced by any party. The RTP (Return to Player) value for each slot game is available in that game's information section.

6.4 Virtual Sports

Virtual Sports on MBI Gaming use the same RNG algorithm as live casino standards. The outcome of each virtual match is randomly generated based on pre-set virtual team statistics. No external factors such as weather or injuries can influence the results.

Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the MBI Gaming platform and may result in immediate account closure without any refund:

• Use of automated software, bots, or any third-party programs to place bets or access the platform
• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once
• Fund transfers between different mbi gaming member accounts.
• Using insider information or unfair means to gain an unlawful advantage in Sports Betting
• Any attempt to hack, disrupt, or compromise the stability of the MBI Gaming system
• Using a credit card or bank account belonging to someone else to make a deposit
• Money laundering or any financial activity that violates Malaysian law.

Account Suspension & Closure

Mbi gaming reserves the right, at our sole discretion, to suspend or close any member's account for reasons including but not limited to: breach of these Terms & Conditions, suspected fraudulent activity, or requests from Malaysian authorities.

In most cases, members will be given advance notice before an account is closed, except in situations where immediate action is required for security or legal reasons. Legitimate funds held in the account will be returned to the member once the investigation is concluded, unless those funds are linked to activities that violate these terms.

8.1 Account Closure by Member

You may close your mbi gaming account at any time by contacting our support team. Prior to closure, all eligible balances will be processed for withdrawal in accordance with the prevailing withdrawal policy.

Limitation of Liability

MBI Gaming shall not be liable for any indirect losses, losses arising from service disruptions, or losses resulting from a member's own irresponsible use of the platform. In any circumstance, MBI Gaming's total liability is limited to the amount of the member's most recent deposit.

We strive to keep the mbi gaming platform running 24/7 without interruption. However, we cannot guarantee a fully uninterrupted service due to technical factors beyond our control, such as network issues, server maintenance, or natural disasters.

Data Privacy & Personal Information

The collection, storage, and use of your personal data by mbi gaming is governed by our separate Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions. mbi gaming complies with the Malaysian Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA) in all aspects of member data management.

• Your data will not be sold to third parties for marketing purposes without your consent
• All data is secured with 256-bit SSL encryption during transmission and storage
• You have the right to request a copy of the personal data we hold about you at any time.
• Financial transaction records are retained for a minimum of 7 years in accordance with Malaysian legal requirements

Responsible Gaming

MBI Gaming genuinely cares about the well-being of our members. Betting should be a fun form of entertainment — not a source of financial or emotional stress. We provide the following tools to help you play responsibly:

• Deposit Limit: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits in your account settings. Limits take effect immediately upon being set and require a 7-day waiting period to increase.
• Loss Limit: Set a maximum loss limit you are comfortable with over a given period. Our system will block further betting once this limit is reached.
• Session Time Limit: Set a time limit for each gaming session. You will receive a notification when your session is about to expire.
• Cool-off Period: Suspend your account for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days without needing to provide a reason.

Amendments to Terms & Conditions

Continued use of the mbi gaming platform after any amendment takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with any changes, you have the right to close your account and withdraw all eligible balances before the changes come into effect.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and any disputes shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of the appropriate Malaysian courts.
